4twenty-eight is committed to providing customers with quality items and the best customer service. We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a store credit. We do not issue refunds. 

Returning your Purchase

Items purchased from 4twenty-eight are eligible for store credit within 3 days of receiving. After the 3rd day the item is considered a final sale. Please email us at customersupport@shop4twenty-eight.com to initiate the return.

Please note the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale/Discounted or Promotional Items
  • Custom Items
  • Accessories
  • Hats
  • Bodysuits
  • Leggings
  • Lip Gloss
  • Worn Items
  • Washed Items
  • Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear/tear

4twenty-eight carefully inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to our store.

 Shipping fees are non refundable.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
